Start Sommersaison 2022 / Start Summer Season 2022

Auf den kommenden Samstag, den 26. März 2022, ab 9 Uhr ist die Platzputzetä angesetzt. D.h. ab diesem Tag werden wir in die Sommersaison starten. Das Club-Restaurant mit neuem Gastro-Team und viel frischem Wind startet am Samstag, den 2. April 2022 mit dem operativen Betrieb.

Für die Platzputzetä sind Hansi/Peter auch dieses Jahr auf freiwillige Helfer/-innen angewiesen, damit alle Plätze spielbereit sind und die Anlage sauber ist. Wir bedanken uns bereits im Voraus für deine Unterstützung am kommenden Samstag!

On the comming Saturday, March 26, 2022, starting at 9 a.m., the court cleaning day is scheduled. From this day, we will begin in the summer season. The club restaurant with a new gastro team and a lot of fresh wind will start on Saturday, April 2, 2022, with its operations.

For the cleaning of the courts, Hansi/Peter are again dependent on volunteers so that all courts are ready for play and the facility is clean. We thank you in advance for your support next Saturday!

Saisoneröffnung mit Gong-Doppelturnier / Season Opening with Gong Doubles Tournament

Am 2. April 2022 öffnet das Clubhaus mit unserem neuen Wirtepaar Zaki/Nermina und wir starten an diesem Tag auch so richtig in die Sommersaison 2022.

Den Tag durch, sofern das Wetter mitspielt, werden wir bei uns auf der Anlage ab 12 Uhr ein Gong-Doppelturnier veranstalten, bei dem die Doppelpaare in jeder Runde neu ausgelost werden. Dieses Format verspricht viel Spass, neue Club-Bekanntschaften und auch ein erstes Wettkampfgefühl für die anstehende Sommersaison.

Nach dem Gong-Doppelturnier ab ca. 18 Uhr gehen wir dann zum gemütlichen Teil über und geniessen nach dem Saison Eröffnungsapéro ein feines Nachtessen bei unserem neuen Wirtepaar. Der Apéro sowie das Essen finden auch bei schlechter Witterung statt.

Anmelden an das Gong-Doppelturnier und/oder an den Apéro mit Nachtessen kannst du dich bis am 1. April um 20 Uhr über unsere Website (Link). Dort findest du auch weitere Informationen zum Turnier sowie dem Nachtessen. Die Anmeldungen für das Nachtessen werden nach dem Motto «first come, first served» vergeben, da wir bei schlechtem/kühlen Wetter bei uns im Clubhaus max. 35-40 Personen unterbringen können. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, haben wir auf der Pergola aber auch noch zusätzliche Kapazitäten. Eine baldige Anmeldung lohnt sich somit!

On April 2nd, 2022, the clubhouse will open with our new host couple Zaki/Nermina and we will also launch the 2022 summer season on that day.

Throughout the day, if the weather permits, we will be hosting a Gong Doubles Tournament at our facility starting at noon, with new doubles pairs drawn each round. This format promises a lot of fun, new club acquaintances, and first competitive feelings for the upcoming summer season.

After the gong doubles tournament starting at about 6 pm, we will then move on to the social part and enjoy a delicious dinner with our new host couple after the season-opening aperitif. The aperitif and the dinner will also take place in case of bad weather.

You can register for the Gong Doubles Tournament and/or the Apéro with dinner until April 1st at 8 pm via our website (link). There you will also find more information about the tournament and the dinner. The registrations for the dinner will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, as we can accommodate a maximum of 35-40 people in our clubhouse in case of bad/cool weather. In case of good/warm weather, we habe additional capacity on the pergola. Early registration is, therefore, worthwhile!

Anmeldung Clubmeisterschaft / Registration Club Championship

Ab sofort kann man sich bereits für die diesjährige Erwachsenen-Clubmeisterschaft anmelden. Nach den tollen Erfahrungen mit dem neuen Modus im letzten Jahr haben wir uns entschlossen, einzig die Tableaugestaltung etwas anzupassen, aber den Modus an sich nicht zu ändern. Somit werden auch dieses Jahr alle Teilnehmenden genügend zum Spielen kommen und sowohl in den Gruppenspielen wie auch am Finaltag im Einsatz stehen. Sämtliche Informationen zum Modus, zu den Daten der Finaltage, die Links zu den Tableaus und das Anmeldeformular findest du auf unserer Website (Link). Anmeldeschluss für die Einzeltableaus ist am Dienstag, den 16. Juni 2022.

You can already register for this year's adult club championship. After the good experiences with the new mode last year, we have decided to adjust only the tableau design slightly, but not to change the mode itself. Therefore, all participants will have again enough opportunities to play in the group matches and on the final day. You can find all information about the mode, the dates of the finals, the links to the tableaus, and the registration form on our website (link). The registration deadline for the individual tableaus is Tuesday, June 16, 2022.

Anmeldung Junioren-Clubmeisterschaft (AKH-Cup) / Registration Junior Club Championship (AKH Cup)

Die Junioren-Clubmeisterschaft findet am Samstag, den 23. April 2022 (Ersatz: 30. April 2022) statt. Ab sofort können sich Junioren/-innen dafür anmelden und wir freuen uns auf viele motivierte Junioren/-innen, die um den Titel des Junioren-Clubmeisters kämpfen. Anmelden kann man sich bis am Dienstag, den 20. April 2022 um 20 Uhr über unsere Website (Link), wo auch weitere Informationen zum Turnier zu finden sind.

The Junior Club Championship will occur on Saturday, April 23, 2022 (replacement date: April 30, 2022). As of now, juniors can register for it, and we are looking forward to many motivated juniors competing for the title of Junior Club Champion. NLA-Heimspiele / NLA Home Matches

Ebenfalls angesetzt sind die Heimspiele unseres NLA-Fanionenteams:

• Donnerstag, 4. August ab 12 Uhr gegen Frohburg Trimbach
• Samstag, 6. August ab 11 Uhr gegen CT Neuchâtel

Das Team freut sich auf grosse Unterstützung des Heimpublikums in ihrer Mission, den Klassenerhalt zu erreichen. Reservier dir diese Daten bereits in der Agenda und geniesse an diesen beiden Tagen (inter-) nationales Spitzentennis bei uns im TC Horgen! Den vollständigen Spielplan findest du hier.

TCH-Outfits

In Zusammenarbeit mit dem NLA-Team und Head konnten wir eine TCH-Klubkollektion kreieren, in der auch unser Fanionenteam dieses Jahr in der NLA auflaufen wird. Diese Kollektion steht allen Mitgliedern* offen und Clubmitglieder können diese Artikel zu einem um 30% reduzierten Preis (zzgl. Logodruck des TC Horgen) über den Club beziehen. Es lohnt sich somit, einen Blick auf diese Kollektion zu werfen und von den grossartigen Artikeln zu einem stark reduzierten Preis zu profitieren!

Anschauen und bestellen kann man diese Artikel ab dem 26. März 2022 in unserem neu kreierten TCH-Onlineshop (Link). Ebenfalls werden alle Artikel ab dem 2. April 2022 auch bei uns im Clubhaus anzuschauen bzw. anzuprobieren und mit physischem Bestellformular zu bestellen sein.

Bzgl. dem Einkleiden unserer IC-Teams wird sich unser Spielleiter Stefan Wagen noch bei den Captains der IC-Mannschaften separat mit Informationen melden.

In cooperation with the NLA team and Head, we created a TCH club collection in which our fanion team will also be playing in the NLA this year. This collection is open to all members* and club members can purchase these articles at a 30% reduced price (plus logo print of TC Horgen) via the club. It is, therefore, worthwhile to look at this collection and benefit from the excellent articles at a significantly reduced price!

You can view and order these articles from March 26, 2022, in our newly created TCH-Onlineshop (Link). All items will also be available for viewing and trying in our clubhouse from April 2, 2022, and can be ordered with a physical order form there.

Regarding the dressing of our IC teams, our playing coordinator Stefan Wagen will contact the captains of the IC teams separately with information.

Interclub-Training

Ab dem 4. April 2022 starten die IC-Mannschaften mit den Trainings in die Saison und die Plätze 4+5 sind oft am Abend entsprechend für die IC-Mannschaften reserviert. Die aktuelle Platzverfügbarkeit ist jedoch stets in GotCourts ersichtlich.

Neuer Präsident / New President

Mit der 72. Generalversammlung hat Alex Blattmann das Präsidium des TC Horgen an Fabio Lutz abgegeben. Alex wird jedoch weiterhin dem Vorstand angehören und das Ressort «Sponsoring» von Marc Stäubli übernehmen, der sich nun vollumfänglich dem Ressort «Junioren» widmen kann. Weitere personelle Veränderungen hat es nicht gegeben und wir freuen uns, mit altem Team in neuer Konstellation die Saison in Angriff zu nehmen.

With the 72nd General Assembly, Alex Blattmann has handed over the presidency of TC Horgen to Fabio Lutz. However, Alex will continue to be a board member and take over the department "Sponsoring" from Marc Stäubli, who can now fully dedicate himself to the department "Juniors." There have been no other personnel changes, and we are looking forward to starting the season with the old team in a new constellation.
